Product Description: Low Pressure Polyurethane Foam
Two-component Commercial Vehicle RV Black Foam will begin to cure immediately upon chemical reaction of A component (a polymeric isocyanate) and B component (a polyol blend containing certain additives). The foam will cure to a semi-rigid closed cell foam.
Handi-Foam® Commercial Vehicle Foam fully expands and dries tack-free within 30-45 seconds, and fully cures within 1 hour.
Handi-Foam® Commercial Vehicle Foam adheres to almost all building materials with the exception of surfaces such as polyethylene, Teflon®, silicone, oils and greases, mold release agents and similar materials.
Optimum application temperature is 75°F (24°C) but may be sprayed onto colder or warmer substrates, with slight effects on the foam characteristics. Cured foam is resistant to heat and cold, -200 to +240°F (-129 to +115°C), and to aging, but not UV rays (i.e. sunlight) unless painted, covered or coated. Cured PU foam is chemically inert and non-reactive in approved applications, and will not harm electrical wire insulations, Romex®, rubber, PVC, polyethylene (i.e. PEX), CPVC or other plastic. It is approved for use around wires, plumbing penetrations, etc., and contains no formaldehyde.
Handi-Foam® Commercial Vehicle Foam systems require no outside mechanical or electrical power source and are available in sizes to meet specific job applications requirements.

• To coat undercarriages of RVs and other vehicles
• Reduce vibration and deaden sound

Product Description:
40 Series Gun Foam with Accessories can be ordered either with or without hoses and applicators. Providing the most efficient application for large projects, cylinder foam is often chosen by professionals over straw or gun foam. Handi-Foam® Cylinder Foam, like our straw foams, is tack free in less than 10 minutes and fully cured in approximately one hour.

**These canisters are basically large cans of one-component straw foam. They come with a 9½' hose and brass applicator tip. The option is the brass fitting can be replaced with hose and adapter ($20.08-#F61125) that allows the hose to be fitted to the bottom of the Convertible dispensing unit gun (#F61110) above. For better controlled application, coverage and continuous use of these canisters by a tradesman, the gun & conversion kit is recommended. One time users are fine with the way it comes and don't need to order the dispensing gun.
